Why I love working at Hampshire: Hampshire leans into the best of what higher ed can be, and for the right reasons: student-centered and -owned education, project-oriented collaborative learning. It was founded to be that way, and continues to challenge us all to think, work and interact differently. It's refreshing to be in an environment that so readily embraces "change" as a core of its education.

A random fact about me: My hometown is literally the "Lobster Capital of the World," but I don't eat them. Also, I'm an identical twin; he *does* eat lobster.

If I could teach a class I'd call it American History and Culture of the 1980s. Offering a movie per week; popular novels of the decade; discussions about sports, music, politics, global events, and how that decade forged Generation X.
