Lorna Hunt Named Chief Information Officer
Hampshire is pleased to announce the appointment of Lorna Hunt, an information technology executive with more than 25 years’ experience in higher education, as chief information officer, a new role at the College. Hunt will report directly to President Ed Wingenbach while serving as the liaison between Hampshire and Ellucian, the College’s IT managed services partner.

First Learning Collaboratives Symposium Addresses Decolonization and Decarbonization
On October 25, Hampshire hosted a panel discussion and conversation at the intersection of (de)colonization and climate change with alums Rowen White 97F and Eric Toensmeire 90F, as well as former Common Good resident Jean-Luc Pierite. Each gave a short presentation, followed by a discussion facilitated by Professor of Environmental Education and Sustainability Andrew S. Yang.

Professor of Native American and Indigenous Studies Noah Romero is Committed to Educational Justice
Before coming to Hampshire, newly appointed Assistant Professor of Native American and Indigenous Studies Noah Romero was a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and collaborated extensively with the Center for Indigenous Peoples Education at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, in the Philippines.
