Documenting Internships and Other Learning Activities

Students should submit evaluations for internships and other learning activities relevant to their academic program to the central records office. Evaluations should be on letterhead and signed by the person supervising the activity. This allows central records staff to record them for inclusion in transcripts and, with committee approval and according to college policy, on Division II or III contracts.
