Assistant dean of students and director of campus leadership and activities: Key administrator and leader in the student activities area, fulfilling a vision of building a campus community of involved students and overseeing campus leadership and activities operations and policies. Responsible for risk assessment and management of student groups, trips, conferences and large scale events. Available to help students plan large scale events, as well as help student groups to organize and facilitate. Associate director of campus leadership and activities: Coordinates events and provides administrative and logistical support relating to the planning, promotion, and implementation of student programs, activities, groups, and events. Manages HampEngage, Hampshire's student activities online platform and mobile app CORQ. Processes all performer, speaker, equipment/novelty rental, and outside vendor contracts and liability insurance; student group zip car memberships; vendor payments; and purchase orders. Responsible for the oversight of daily operations in the campus leadership and activities office. Oversees the Roos-Rohde house monitor program. Program assistant of campus leadership and activities: Provides administrative and logistical support relating to the planning, promotion, and implementation of student programs, activities, and events. Reviews and approves student group events, processes purchasing for student group trips including lodging reservations, travel reservations and reimbursements for mileage and tolls, and purchase orders. Oversees the student group waiver process and database as well as college van reservations for student groups. Maintains the campus leadership and activities website and social media. Financial assistant of campus leadership and activities: The CLA financial assistant works with FundCom, the financial committee of the Hampshire student government, to manage and maintain the Student Activities Fund (SAF). The CLA financial assistant also processes FundCom and student group paperwork; requests for payments; purchase order requisitions; and purchasing card requests.
