Inviting International Scholars
Academic departments or professors who are interested in hosting international faculty members should fill out the following forms and contact GEO about the obligations and privileges inherent in hosting a foreign faculty member.
Please be sure to fill out each form completely and accurately. The global education office will be unable to issue the United States Department of State form DS-2019, required for issuance of a J-1 visa, without all necessary information filled out on each form and the required signatures.
