Spiritual Wellness is questioning and discovering a sense of meaning and purpose in your life. At the core, it's considered to be the search for harmony with oneself and others while working to balance inner needs with the rest of the world. Spiritual wellness involves determining personal practices which correlate with your inner values, morals, faith or belief system. The path to spiritual wellness is both physical and mental and requires reflection and affirmation.
