Sexual Respect and Title IX

All Hampshire community members have the right to personal and sexual safety, respect, integrity, and freedom of expression, as long as such expression does not cause harm to others. Hampshire College will make every effort to protect these rights, and will not tolerate any form of sexual harassment.

Hampshire seeks to increase safety and prevent sexual offenses from occurring by providing educational programming and training for students, faculty, and staff. Hampshire also maintains resources on campus as well as partnerships off campus in order to ensure the highest level of support for all students and for all members of the Hampshire College community.
