The Hampshire College Board of Trustees announced that, beginning July 1, Vice President for Institutional Support Jennifer Chrisler will assume the role of interim president upon President Ed Wingenbach’s departure to serve as president of the American College of Greece.
Hampshire College Commencement 2025 Celebrates Graduates Who Continue to Push Back
On Saturday, May 17, Hampshire College hosted its 55th Commencement ceremony, conferring degrees to 136 graduates. So many family members, caregivers, and friends attended the celebration that they spilled outside the tent.

Her four-year term begins July 1, 2025. Noelle replaces current Alumni Trustee Alice Petty 89F who is joining the board as a regular member. The alumni trustee is one of four elected positions on Hampshire’s board, alongside an elected faculty trustee, student trustee, and staff trustee.
