Credit Balances and Refund Checks

Students with a credit balance on their accounts may request a refund by logging in to TheHub and selecting “Request a Refund.” Students may also elect to leave the credit on their accounts to be applied to a future semester.

A credit balance resulting from a federal Direct PLUS Loan will be refunded to the borrowing parent upon request, unless that parent grants written permission to release the funds to the student.
