Leslie Hiebert 73F
Leslie is a retired criminal defense litigator in Alaska. After supervising the Criminal Defense Section of the state Office of Public Advocacy for 20 years, she went into private practice for a few years before leaving to help the older generation in the family in their end of life care. Work as a trial attorney took her to remote areas of Alaska to try cases under unusual and novel circumstances. She continues to live in Alaska and participates in criminal justice reform and legal education through programs such as We The People, Color of Justice, and Mock Trial. She is married to Phil Treuer F73 and has three children.
