Whether you belong to an established religion or faith tradition or are just beginning to explore what spirituality might mean for you, Spiritual Life at Hampshire will help support and inspire you in your journey!
As part of Student Life, Spiritual Life engages our community in questions of meaning, purpose, and how we live in the world and actively works to promote a balance of mind, body, and spirit through student and staff-led meditation and mindfulness programs, as well as collaborations with our Wellness Center and other offices on campus.
Spiritual Life at Hampshire is unique for its emphasis on the integral connection between spiritual well-being, as a key component of holistic wellness, and social justice. We strive to build bridges across difference, recognizing and enhancing the rich diversity of our community through the celebration of many spiritual traditions and the facilitation of vibrant multi-faith dialogues.
We work closely with students, staff, and faculty, offering confidential spiritual counseling and helping connect you to the resources you seek, on and off campus!
