Students receive a notification about new bills via their Hampshire email address. Students may also designate access for parents and others, allowing them to review and pay student bills. The student and designees will receive emails when a new bill is available each month.
PLEASE NOTE: Granting access to a parent or other designated payer does not relieve the student of ultimate financial responsibility for unpaid balances.
Go to TheHub and log in with your Hampshire username and password. Click on "Students," then, under "Financial Info," click on "Setup/Edit E-Billing Access." Students can enter their approved recipient's email address.
Go to ebilling.hampshire.edu to login or make a one-time payment. A payment can be made for a student using a United States checking or savings account, credit card, or international wire. Payment profiles are not stored, so bank account information must be re-entered each time a payment is made.
Guest payers should choose the "Make One-Time Payment Now" link. The individual needs to provide the student's full name and date of birth. Guest payers are not authorized to view the student's account.
If you choose not to utilize the electronic payment options offered, you may send a check or money order, payable to Trustees of Hampshire College, to:
Student Accounts Office
893 West Street
Amherst, MA 01002
You may also visit the Student Accounts Office, located on the 2nd floor of the Kern Center, to pay by cash, check, or money order. We are not able to process credit card payments in person or over the phone.
