The Wellness Center
The Wellness Center's mission is to promote holistic health and wellness in the Hampshire community.
Who we are
The Wellness Center promotes health and wellness in the Hampshire community. Our work is prevention-oriented and rooted in the philosophy of harm reduction, and we support wellness in many forms, including social, emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational. Our approach is intersectional, and we believe that self care and community care are both key to building resilience, empowering ourselves and our communities, and fostering growth and healing. The Center consists of a professional staff director and student peer educators, and we partner with many great offices across campus as well as student organizations such as the Sexperts, First Gen @ Hampshire, and others.
