Hampshire Health and Counseling uses a password-protected online patient portal to communicate with students about test results and follow up, send patient education materials, and ask administrative questions related to health care. We do not use email to communicate about medical or mental health concerns or any protected health information because it is not secure enough to protect patient privacy.
The portal should never be used to ask urgent questions or address medical or mental health problems. Please call Hampshire Health and Counseling at 413.559.5458 with any medical or mental health concerns. The office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.– 5 p.m. when school is in session. Additionally, there is after-hours phone support available for mental health concerns and medical triage nursing advice.

Hampshire Health and Counseling is a satellite clinic of the UMass University Health Services, so the portal is a University of Massachusetts at Amherst website.
