Once the call is made, please log in to Maintenance Direct and submit backup to your request for recording purposes. Technicians will be dispatched by radio to address your request. We will make every effort to respond as promptly as possible.
A technician will be requested to come in only if the nature of the request is a true emergency. All other requests will be forwarded to facilities and grounds via Maintenance Direct as a priority work order for the next business day.
