Getting started with MySchoolBuilding.com
MySchoolbuilding.com is where you as a requestor will go to make all of your new work order requests. There are two ways that a requestor can be entered into the system:
- The MaintenanceDirect administrator can add the requestor into the system.
- Requestors can add themselves into the system.
If you are a new requestor (you haven't been entered into the system before), follow these steps to set up your requestor name and enter yourself into the system:
Enter your organization account number in the space provided.

Click Submit Organization.
Next, you will be taken to the MySchoolBuilding.com login page for your educational facility. You will see your facility's name and/or logo in the top left hand corner and the words "MD Login" in the top right. See below:
Enter your email address in the space provided.
Enter your last name into the box provided.
The best way to get help on this work order system is to click on the top right hand corner of screen where it says help. After you hit help a list of manuals will appear. Click on Requestor. There are step-by-step instructions.
