Verification Worksheets for the 2026-2027 academic year
If your 2026-27 FAFSA® indicates that it was selected for the federal verification process, you will need to print, complete, sign, and submit a verification worksheet to the financial aid office. The worksheets include the Standard and Custom. Please view your financial aid portal to determine which worksheet is required for your application.
If your FAFSA was selected for the Aggregate Verification process, you will need to submit both the Standard and the Custom Verification Worksheets to the financial aid office.
NOTE: You don't need to submit a worksheet and supporting documentation to us unless you plan to attend for the 2026-27 year.
Verification worksheets will be available by early April, 2026. If you are selected for the verification process, we will notify you and send you the required form(s) at that time.
