The catering services staff will create a customized menu to meet your needs. Bon Appétit requires ten business days notice to guarantee catering for events. Special requests such as vegetarian and vegan meals, as well as other dietary needs, can be accommodated. Students should contact Media Services directly to make requests for events well in advance, as they must schedule technicians to assist them. Media Services requires five business days notice to schedule services and equipment for an event. Media services reserves the right to refuse service to those who do not comply with this policy.
