Transcripts and Enrollment
Request a transcript
NOTE: Due to the recent news of Hampshire College’s transition to closure, we are receiving a higher volume of requests for transcripts. Currently, the process for ordering transcripts has not changed—please request your transcripts via the Parchment ordering link on our website. The link, and additional transcript information, can be found here.Our current policy is to process all transcripts within 10 business days, but with the higher volume of order requests we are prioritizing current students who are transferring. We still strive to get you your transcript as soon as possible, but it may take longer than 10 business days for alums at this time.
Through December 31, 2026 these records will be held at Hampshire College. After the teach-out period, transcripts and academic records will be held at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
- Enrollment and degree verification
It is the responsibility of the office of central records to provide students access to their academic records; communicate policies and procedures; prepare transcripts; schedule classroom space; certify enrollment and/or graduation; provide course registration for Hampshire and the Five Colleges; and prepare other College records and statistics.
