Tuition and Fee Refund Schedule 2014-2015

Type and amount of refund for leaving or withdrawing during the semester

Notification of leaves and withdrawals must be in writing and addressed to the Center for Academic Support and Advising (CASA). In the case of a medical leave, please be sure all proper paperwork is filed with health and counseling services and student life.

Financial aid recipients please note: Upon leave or withdrawal, financial aid students may have aid cancelled as mandated by the federal return of funds formula. This can result in a balance due to the College even though no balance existed at the time of withdrawal. If you have concerns about the result of withdrawing, contact the financial aid office.

Full-Time Enrollment or Withdrawals

Notification deadline and amount of refund for leaves initiated during the semester:

Fall Term 2014

Full tuition and fees refund: September 2 (August 28 for new students)

75% tuition refund: September 12

50% tuition refund: September 19

25% tuition refund: September 26 ** No tuition or fees refunded after this date

Spring Term 2015

Full tuition and fees refund: January 20 (January 17 for new students)

75% tuition refund: January 30

50% tuition refund: February 6

25% tuition refund: February 13 ** No tuition or fees refunded after this date

Notification deadline and amount of refund for medical leaves initiated during the semester

Fall Term 2014

Full tuition and fees refund: September 12 (New and returning students)

75% tuition refund: September 19

50% tuition refund: September 26

25% tuition refund: October 3 ** No tuition or fees refunded after this date

Spring Term 2015

Full tuition and fees refund: January 30 (New and returning students)

75% tuition refund: February 6

50% tuition refund: February 13

25% tuition refund: February 20 ** No tuition or fees refunded after this date

Room and board/meal plan fees are prorated as of the departure date. No leave of absence fee charged for medical leave.
