Employment Hiring Process for 2022–2023 Resident Advisors and Community Facilitators

Below is a summary of the hiring process stages with key dates. It is important to understand the expectations and required skills of these positions. Please read all of the information thoroughly. Process:  For full consideration, you must meet deadlines and participate in all required hiring activities, completing an application and an individual interview. Incomplete applications, failure to meet deadlines, not meeting job description requirements, or failure to participate in required hiring activities will result in an applicant being removed from consideration.

STEP 1: Review the job description.

STEP 2: To learn more about the available positions, attend an information session. Attendance is optional and not required for eligibility.

Information sessions:

  • February 21 at 5 p.m. in FPH Faculty Lounge.
  • February 28 at 7 p.m. on Zoom (Link will be emailed to Hampshire College students earlier in the day.)

STEP 3: Submit your application (including your résumé) no later than March 3.

STEP 4: Eligible candidates will later be invited to schedule an interview the week of March 7 - 11 with area coordinators.

STEP 5: If offered a position, please attend a required pre-employment training meeting on Sunday, March 27 (time to be determined).
