Carin Rank

Carin Rank is the director of Hampshire’s SPARC (Supporting your Purpose through Action, Resources, and Connections). She helps students and graduates to reflect and experiment and become clearer about their own strengths, interests, and direction, She also helps them to successfully pursue the next steps towards work that is personally compelling. She was a first generation college student herself, she enjoys helping students and alumni to figure out how to navigate the myriad opportunities available to them. She has worked in career development for many years, and particularly appreciates working with the awesome Hampshire students and alums!
